Low Carb Keto Pizza Crust Recipe

Here is a great recipe for a low carb, keto pizza crust.  This keto pizza crust provides the texture needed to make you feel like you are actually eating a pizza, but the best part is it has only a single carb and is a keto friendly pizza crust recipe.  The only carbs in the keto pizza crust recipe come from the Almond Flour.  The rest of the ingredients have no carbs at all so people on the keto diet can eat pizza and stay in ketosis.

Low Carb Keto Pizza Crust Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 c cheddar cheese

Low Carb Keto Pizza Crust Recipe Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and 1/4c of the cheese in a small dish
  2. Spread 1/8c cheese on hot waffle iron
  3. Dump mixture on to the waffle iron
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of mixture and close waffle iron
  5. Cook until it gets brown and crispy
  6. Top with pizza sauce and your favorite pizza ingredients.
