If you are not a fan of cottage cheese, I recommend at least trying it. It is hard to actually pick out the cottage cheese taste, otherwise you could substitute fat free yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp stevia
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar/fat free vanilla pudding mix
  • Ice for desired thickness

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

  • With 1/2 scoop protein= 190 cal, 1g fat, 25g protein...
  • With 1 scoop protein= 260 cal, 2g fat, 38 g protein
