This is a Met-Rx Big 100 Colossal Brownie - Super Chocolate Fudge Review. I recently purchased one of these brownies at WalMart - right next to all of the other protein bars. The brownie tasted awesome! On the package it said you could either eat it hot or cold, so I first opened it up and took a bite cold - it was pretty good. Then, according to the package, I microwaved it for 8 seconds and dove in - it tasted EVEN BETTER! This brownie has nearly 400 calories, 30g protein and 12g fat so i would classify it more as a meal replacement bar. If you're on a 6 meal per day plan, this would be one of your meals. I highly recommend this bar! Taste and nutrient profile are great.
