Your traps are one of the biggest muscles in your body, yet very few times to we even think about giving our traps a workout other than doing a few sets of shrugs at the end of a shoulder or back session. When most people think of their traps, you tend to think about the top part of the muscle that sticks up by your neck. While this is indeed part of the muscle, it extends down about 1/3 of your entire back!

While you may not need to have a dedicated trap day, if you want to build some huge traps, simply add this trap workout to your routine once or twice a month.
