This is my MRI Performance Micellar Casein Z6 Review of the vanilla flavor. I recently tried the Micellar Casein from MRI Performance in the vanilla flavor and have to say I was relatively pleased. For someone who does not really like vanilla protein it went down relatively smoothly. It mixed up fine and tasted exactly what I thought a vanilla protein powder should taste like. The sample packet I had contained 50 calories and 10g of protein - this is a very solid ratio and almost is in the range of an isolate. Overall I would say if you can get this stuff at a good price you can pull the trigger.
