Now, from the outside, Clash looks pretty dang awesome. (besides the fact that the label is printed in Atlanta Falcons colors). The ingredients in Clash are limited to only essential pre-workout ingredients. There is no other crap included in the supplement, just good solid pre-workout ingredients. One other nice thing about Clash is that the ingredients are not hidden behind some LAME proprietary blend. The exact grams of the main ingredients are listed plain as day, so we know exactly how much caffeine, beta alanine, creatine, etc. we are getting with each serving.
Now speaking of those ingredients, Here are some of the key ingredients we get with Clash:
Each serving: 2 scoops
5 grams Creatine Monohydrate 3.2 grams Beta Alanine (nice full dose) 250 mg Caffeine (on the high side, but not ridiculous) 1.5 grams Agmatine Sulfate 1.5 grams Betaine Anhydrous 500 mg N-Acetyl-Tyrosine
There is one proprietary blend, which is a blend of three stimulant type, plant based ingredients.. BOOM Blend, 60 mg.
After using clash, I waited for about 20-30 mintues, then started my workout. I definitely had energy going in. I could feel the beta alanine as well. It was max day for me on Snatch and Front Squat. I was able to increase my max in both. Hitting a 225 snatch, and a 405 front squat. So overall I had a good experience with the effects of Clash.
Watch my PR's obtained while using Clash: 225 Snatch 405 Front Squat 375 Close Grip Bench Press
Pink Lemonade flavor tasted pretty good as well. It was light lemonade flavor, definitely not overwhelming or too strong. I mixed it in 14 oz of water, and that seemed to be pretty good. No clumps, or other particles noted either.
Since this video I have used Clash on 2 other occasions, and I stand firm on my review. It is a good pre-workout product, produces results in the gym, and tastes good too. I just recently hit a new PR on close grip bench at 375 after taking Clash too.
I would definitely recommend this product.
