Here is a massive chest workout from @614Thor for your next Chest day.  The interesting part of this workout is it does not utilize any barbells - it is a dumbbell-only chest workout.  Don't let the lack of barbells fool you, there is plenty of volume to go around and you'll be blasted by the end of it all.

3 Set Superset:
Dumbbell Flat Bench Press: 10 reps
Dumbbell Flat Bench Flys: 10 reps

3 Set Superset
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press: 12 reps
Dumbbell Incline Flys: 12 reps

3 Set Giant Set
Dumbbell Floor Press: 12 reps
Landmine Press: 15 reps
Push-Ups: 15 reps

3 Sets
Single Arm Pec Dec Fly: 25 reps each side
