Pull-Up Panic is an insane workout that is meant to attack your back from every angle. You hit pull-ups for an entire hour with all types of grips and hand positions. I started out strong but after the 5 sets of wide-grip and then regular pull-ups I began to fade fast. I had to start kipping and at times my chin barely met the bar - and at times it got pretty ugly... The pump was insane and i would recommend this workout to anyone who likes doing pull-ups! I'll have to watch the video back, but I believe I completed around 249 reps during the workout.
The instructions state that "If you're unable to do more than one or two reps at a time, try using a pull-up machine, a band, or a box for assistance. There's no shame—everybody has a starting point."
For this workout my pre-workout supplement was Driven Sports Craze and I was sipping Bodybuilding.com's Amino Recovery intra-workout.
