We found the MuscleTech Loaded Guns arm workout on the MuscleTech Facebook page. Gabe was up visiting Luke we decided it looked like a perfect workout to do with a partner. We moved at a quick pace only resting during the time the other person was performing their set and ended up with one heck of a workout. We even turned it into a bit of a competition at the end with the bench-dip max rep out. During the last rep-out set Gabe had the bright idea of doing a max-rep pull up competition to cap it off - which Luke won 11 to 8 (Gabe won the bench dips 100 to 90).

We both felt the pace we kept during this workout really made it effective. Had we taken even a little longer breaks, we would have easily worked out for 80+ minutes which would have been way too long for this number of sets/reps. By the end of the workout we both had a great pump and were happy with how it all turned out.
