This review is for MuscleTech's pre-workout supplement "Nano Vapor". I have tried Nano Vapor many times in the past and really like the stuff, however I have never tried the Fruit Punch flavor. I have to say, the fruit punch flavor was downright awesome. The stuff is effervescent so along with the great taste I also noticed a hint of carbonation which was kind of cool - reminded me of the red "All Sport" drink that I used to have back in the day. I took two scoops to get the desired effects. The sample pouch I had was 3 scoops, but I know that personally I don't need to be downing 390 mg of caffeine. Overall, I really like Nano Vapor and look forward to using it again.

MuscleTech Nano Vapor Review Highlights (per scoop):

  • 2.67 grams Citrulline Malate
  • 1 gram Beta Alanine
  • 1.67 grams creatine
  • 130 mg caffeine
  • 1.5 grams Taurine
  • great taste
  • great mixability
  • Recommendation: VERY GOOD

Personally, I take a straight up creatine supplement, so it is always important to read the labels of your suplements, as nano vapor contains creatine. This is a nice benefit of Nano Vapor. At 3 full scoops, one would receive a full daily dose of creatine, as well as a hefty 8 grams Citrulline Malate, and 3 grams Beta Alanine. These are some of the highest doses of these ingredients I have seen in a pre-workout supplement. At three full scoops, you would also be getting 390 mg of caffeine, which is a little steep, so you might need to monitor your other daily caffeine consumption a little more closely. However, I am a big fan of the ingredients of Nano Vapor.
