Push 10 by MuscleTech is a stimulant free pre-workout supplement. I had the opportunity to give it a whirl thanks to the nice shipment they sent over and to say the least, I was a bit skeptical since I really have never tried a stim-free pre workout supplement. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. Within 15 minutes I felt all tingly. When we started our MuscleTech Arms Loaded Guns Workout, I was already starting to notice an increase in vascularity and we had not even touched a weight yet. To say I had a good pump with Push 10 would be an understatement. The arms felt like they doubled in size, and the workout was awesome.
Gabe and I worked out at night so it was nice to take a stim-free supplement that had great effects and did not keep me up for hours afterwards due to high caffeine content. If you are looking for a stimulant free pre-workout supplement, I would recommend giving Push 10 a look.
