No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bars

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Protein
  • 1 Cup Natural Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey, then add in protein powder and oat flour.
  2. Form the batter into a ball
  3. Place plastic wrap in an 8x8 pan and flatten batter evenly into the pan
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes
  5. Remove from freezer and lift bars out of the pan, drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
  6. Cut into 12 bars
