I received a sample size Oh Yeah! protein bar with my bodybuilding.com order. The flavor of the bar is chocolate caramel. The bar they sent me was a sample size, however, I believe the ratio of ingredients would be the same for a regular sized bar. The sample bar contained 105 calories, 4.5g fat, 8 g protein. This is definitely not the greatest protein:fat ratio, but it would do in a pinch. However, beyond the average nutrition facts was the taste. This was one of the better tasting protein bars I have had. I compared it to a chocolate covered salted nut roll. If I wouldn't have know, I would have thought it was a regular candy bar. So if you aren't really accustomed to the usual protein bar flavor, this might be a great option for you!
