If you have already read my original review of: Amino Energy from Optimum Nutrition, you know that I love the stuff. In my original review I tested out the "Orange Cooler" flavor, while this review is of the Fruit Fusion flavor. I like to think of Amino Energy as morning coffee for people who like to workout. Basically this supplement contains an amino acid profile and caffeine (160mg/2 scoops). Taste is great, and you get your amino acids and a little pick-me-up. I believe Amino Energy also just won a Supplement of the Year Award from BodyBuilding.com in the "Energy" category. The price is also very attractive. I believe it was $18 for 30 servings. This is a definite buy in my book and I am currently on my 3rd tub. Personally I prefer the orange cooler flavor over the fruit fusion, but it still had a good flavor and went down smooth.
