If you have already read my original review of: Amino Energy from Optimum Nutrition, you know that I love the stuff. In my original review I tested out the “Orange Cooler†flavor, while this review is of the Orange Cranberry flavor. I like to think of Amino Energy as morning coffee for people who like to workout. Basically this supplement contains an amino acid profile and caffeine (160mg/2 scoops). Taste is great, and you get your amino acids and a little pick-me-up. I believe Amino Energy also just won a Supplement of the Year Award from BodyBuilding.com in the “Energy†category.
Flavor: Orange Cranberry was pretty good, although I thought it was more of an orange flavor with a hint of cranberry. So if you've tried the orange flavor and liked it, you'll probably like the Cranberry Orange flavor.
Price The price is also very attractive. I believe it was $18 for 30 servings. If you are someone who drinks energy drinks, you'll find amino energy is almost 4x cheaper than most energy drinks and also a pretty attractive price for an amino supplement in general.
There is just nothing bad to say about Amino Energy. I'd recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
