This is a review for the Gold Standard 100% Whey from Optimum Nutrition. As always, I expect great things when it comes to supplements from Optimum Nutrition. They always put out great products, and I never seem to be disappointed. This is actually the first time I have tried their Gold Standard 100% Whey. It has been around for a while, and is always rated one of the top protein powders. In this review I had the chocolate peanut butter flavor.

This product definitely helped Optimum Nutrition live up to their name. The supplement facts are rock solid, pretty much what you would want with a 100% whey protein powder. Only 130 calories, 2 grams of fat, and 24 grams of protein, with only 2 grams of sugars.
The product mixed easily in 10 ounces of water, and tasted great. The chocolate flavor was most noticeable, and it was not too rich for me. The peanut butter flavor was very mild. However, there was just a slight hint of it to add to the taste of the product.
