This is my review of the twisted apple flavor of Optimum Nutrition Platinum Pre. Now, I have used Platinum Pre in the past, with good results, however, I have not tried this particular flavor. To recap, each serving of Pre provides:
*200 mg caffeine *1.6 grams beta alanine *2 grams L-Citrulline
Granted there are a few more ingredients, but these are the main one from my perspective. I do get good results and notice a nice effect from taking Pre, however, the flavor of the twisted apple was not good. It was pretty strong sour apple flavor, and had a weird bite to it. Even after shutting the video off, I could taste the bite for quite some time and it was not a good taste. So while I like the effects of Platinum Pre, I would opt for a different flavor.
