Here is a quick and easy recipe for a high protein pina colada protein smoothie. I had received a sample of Myogenix Aftershock in my November JackedPack a while back and was saving it just for this recipe. The recipe is quite simple and really plays on the fact that my sample of Aftershock was Pina Colada flavored. The end result is a smoothie with around 1g fat, 360 calories and 34g of protein. If you don't want to throw down for an entire tub of Aftershock just to make this recipe, you can substitute in your favorite vanilla protein and add a bit more pineapple juice.
