This is a Promax LS Energy Bar Review in the chocolate fudge flavor. To me this tasted like a typical protein bar. It had a light chocolate coating and the standard chewy chocolate-like inside. It was nothing really special as far as taste and texture. However, the one nice thing about the Promax LS energy bar is that it is a gluten free protein bar, low in sugar (6g), relatively low in fat (3.5g) and only had 140 calories.
Due to the fact that it was not horrible, I would recommend this bar to anyone with a gluten intolerance. For everyone else, it is worth a shot, but there are some better bars out there with a better protein/fat/sugar ratio.
