Protein Strawberry Pancakes Recipe

This recipe uses strawberries. Not the kind you get sliding into third...the kind that grows on plants.

Here is a quick and easy recipe to add some variety to your breakfast.  This protein strawberry protein pancake recipe is quick, easy, and tastes great.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 scoops (1 serving) vanilla protein
  • ¼ cup egg white
  • ¼ cup of whole wheat flour or gluten free oat flour
  • 1/2c blended strawberries
  • ¼ cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet of stevia
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • Nonstick spray

DIRECTIONS:

Put the powdered ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a spoon.

Add all of the wet ingredients and stir.

Bake like you'd bake any other pancake
