This is a review of the Pure Protein Revolution Protein Bar (protein revolution review). This bar was not too bad. The chewy typical protein bar substance on the bottom of the bar was nothing special and tasted like many other bars. The caramel layer on the top, however, was actually pretty good and made the chewy part not as bad. I have purchased pure protein bars in the past and would probably buy this one again. It has 20g of protein and under 200 calories making the protein/calorie/fat ratio pretty favorable. I would recommend giving this bar a try if you're looking for something lower calorie.
