This is a Quest Bar Mixed Berry Bliss Protein Bar Review. I've heard some buzz around the Quest bar and decided to give it a shot. The Quest bar appears to have a great nutrient profile, it is a gluten free protein bar, 20g protein and only 4g of net carbs. They also claim not to use any sugar or sugar alcohols - meaning it's all natural! Quest bar also touts the great taste of their bar - however, the Mixed Berry Bliss Protein bar, in my opinion, was not my mavorite. It was really dense, it didn't go down easy, stuck in my teeth, felt chalky and just overall not a good tasting bar. I will try the other flavors just because I like the fact that their bars are all natural, but Mixed Berry Bliss did not dance on my taste buds (And this is my sister's favorite flavor!!)! Quest has tons and tons of flavors and I really liked the Chocolate Brownie - so with all products, you need to find the one you like and roll with it! The nutrition facts on the Quest bar are too good not to try find one that you like.
