I recently tried a sample of the preworkout drink Ripped Freak. This product is from the company PharmaFreak. The product contains some amino acids, an olive leaf extract designed to increase secretion of epi and norepi, and an ingredient astragin which is to help with absorption. I had the blue raspberry flavor, which was decent. I would rate it about a 7/10. It was tolerable, but nothing outstanding. It did not have a nasty after taste or anything like that. The product mixed well as I followed the written instructions on the package. I did not use a mixer ball or any type of whisk, and just a small amount of powder remained at the bottom of the shaker cup. As far as the performance of the product, I didnt really notice any difference in my workout, or any real energy or stamina boost. I would put this product in line with 1MR or Shock Therapy as far as effectiveness, which are not really effective at all.
