This is a SAN 100% Casein Fusion Review. I recently recieved a sample of SAN 100% Casein Fusion in my Jacked in a box. Casein protein is touted as a slow-digesting protein that is usually consumed before bedtime by many bodybuilders. Casein protein is typically a bit more expensive than Whey. SAN 100% Casein Fusion was a really good Casein protein. I have tried a few different Casein powders and it definitely helds its own. It mixed up great with only a few shakes and tasted great.
