So Scivation came out with a new preworkout supplement a while back. I am finally getting around to reviewing it. There was quite a lot of hype leading up to the release of the product, I even think they ended up extedning the release date to reformulate the product. In any case, lets hope the product lives up to the hype.
Starting off with the ingredients, there are some key ones that I noticed:
Big one that popped out was 300mg caffeine per serving. also contains a blend of creatine, taurine, beta alanine (amounts unknown) citrulline malate, and some vitamins
I had the ragin punch flavor for this review. Mixed up pretty decently in the recommended amount of water. There was a little sediment at the bottom of my shaker. The taste was actually not very good. It tasted like I mixed up a bottle full of vitamins. There are definitely better tasting supplements than this one. As far as effects during my workout. It was pretty standard. Nothing out of the ordinary. I did not notice much from the beta alanine, I doubt there is any more than 2 grams in the product. I had decent energy, and endurance for my workout, how much of that I can contribute to Psycho is debatable. At this point in time, based on the flavor, and overall average performance of Psycho, I would probably opt for other preworkout supplements.
