I received a sample of Creatine X3 in my July Jacked-In-A-Box. This seems like a pretty good product. It is designed to be used as a post workout supplement. It basically consists of creatine and aminos.

This stuff tasted good (like kool-aid), and it also mixed up very well. The only thing I see this product lacking is some protien. However, you can easily take your protein pre-workout, or just get your daily needs in throughout the day. I also think I remember seeing the Six Star brand available at WalMart, which adds to the convenience factor.
