SmackDown Just Lift

So it was one of those days again. I had already hit each body part once this week, and I could have taken the day off, but I just felt like lifting some heavy A$$ weight. So I decided to hit the garage. Now since I had trained each body part already this week, in my own mind, I was free to do whatever lifts I wanted, and just take some time to do some exercises that I didn't squeeze into my routines this week.

I started out with some deadlifts. I have actually put off deadlifts for the last 2 weeks. I just couldn't take it anymore. Next, I moved into some heavy pulls/military press supersets. I got this exercise from EliteFTS' deadly seven shoulder swole. I continued with some weighted pull-ups, and closed out my Just Lift Routine with a couple 100 rep burnouts. All in all, the workout was pretty dang good, I had a great pump, and got to perform some of my favorite lifts (dips and deadlifts!)

deadlifts: warm up set of 10 reps, then 5 reps, then 3 heavy sets of 3 reps

High Pulls/Military Press: perform seven high-pulls, one hang clean then seven presses with the same weight as one set. Repeat for 3 sets

Weighted Pullups: 3 sets/6-10 reps

100 rep burnouts: Dips and Inverted Rows- perform 100 reps of each, in any order, as quickly as you can!

DONE!
