Open chicken and drain - leave in the can. Put bread in the toaster and push it down. Dump chicken into a bowl, add 2Tbsp fat free mayo and 1/2tsp seasoning and mix well. Add 1/8c fat free cheese and fold in. Pop in microwave for about 30-40 seconds. Toast should pop up by now, dump the mixture on dry toast and enjoy.
