Spicy Egg White Keto Omelette Recipe

Just some eggs-erroneous with spicy turkey pepperonis. Not quite enough spice to torch your insides, but just enough.

The spicy egg white omelette can be used as a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Total prep and cooking time is under 10 minutes with very little cleanup. This omelette has about 210 calories, 4g fat and 23g protein. It is the perfect balance of fats and protein to start your day.


  • 3 egg whites
  • 9 turkey pepperonis (or any meat of your choice)
  • red pepper flakes
  • dried onion flakes


  1. Combine egg whites, chopped pepperoni, pepper flakes and onion in a bowl and stir with a fork
  2. Pour mixture into hot pan sprayed with non-stick spray and cover
  3. Flip your eggs after 2-3 mins
  4. Place on plate and eat
