Cory Gregory just released a Squat Everyday 2.0 workout program. This is his second iteration to the program he released on Bodybuilding.com a few months ago to go along with the launch of the MusclePharm Hardcore Series line of products. Gabe and I have been following the Squat Everyday program and quickly hopped on the 2.0 version of the training plan.
This is a video re-cap of my Squat Everyday 2.0 Monday workout which is Squat and Chest. Due to a shoulder injury from high school wrestling, I did sets of 10 for bench press (at a moderately heavy weight for me - 225#) instead of the triples and heavy singles just to prevent myself from further injuring the shoulder. I also set a 305# pause front squat PR during this workout.
Here's a recap of my #SquatEveryday 2.0 Monday Workout
