Squats and Shoulder Workout

Today's workout was a quick one.  One of my kids had a friend over today and another one of my kids was going to a friends house to play.  Needless to say, I had about a 50 minute window to squeeze in my workout.  I ended up doing some back squats through bands, military press, lunges for distance and some GHD and ab work.

Squats through bands up to a heavy single

6x10 Military/Strict Press

400 walking lunges

4x Giant Set
10 GHD w/ 15# kettlebell
10 Back Extensions (65# plate)
25 Weighted Crunches (25#)
