Swole Sports Nutrition hooked us up with some of their pre workout supplement called "PreWrek". This will be a Swole Sports Nutrition PreWrek Review on the green apple flavor. Let me first start by saying that the flavor and mixability were awesome. 10/10 on both taste and mixability. The green apple flavor was really good and there were no chunks floating around. I drank the PreWrek before a CRAZY arm workout from MusclePharm (Balloon Arms) and it did the trick. Pump was off the charts and energy was great throughout my workout.
