along with what Luke has suggested ... I love the taste of Xtend, Amino1 is good, Alpha Amino is delicious, I have tried GAT Muscle Martini .. I think they all have worked well.... the Cellucor Alpha amino and Scivation Extend have tasted best ... for soreness stretching and you may want to consider a Beta alanine supp if you are not getting enough or at all in a preworkout.... another thing for me is being very concious of being appropitatey Hydrated especially now as we look towards summer ...

Do you stretch well before and after, drink plenty of water? You could try AminoLast from Gaspari - they claim to have some sort of Ammonia build-up prevention mechanism... Cellucor BCAA is really good (tastes like C4) but has citrulline but if you take it during training that is OK... I currently use BCAA Hyperblend from Top Secret, Amino1, Amino Linx (Prosupps) Amino Recovery from bb.com.

bcaas aren't neccessarly going to make you not sore. I use dymatize complex 5050.

Try just taking some time off.
