Digging through my pile of samples, I found a little gem. I got this sample of 100% Whey Protein around 4 months ago in with a bodybuilding.com order. The only thing I really noticed on the package is that it is 100% Whey Protein. I did not notice the company that made it. Recently, we have been in contact with Top Secret Nutrition, and just yesterday, I realized that that is the company that made my little sample of 100% Whey :) So here is my review of Top Secret 100% Whey Protein.
Top Secret Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Review Highlights:
Each serving/scoop contains 140 calories, 2.5g fat, 2g sugar, and 25g protein. This is a pretty standard set of facts for a whey protein. Top Secret Whey, however, contains Astragin, which is designed to provide more effective absorption of amino acids. I really enjoyed this protein powder. I gave it a 9/10 for taste and mixability. It tastes like chocolate milk, and mixed very well with simply 6oz of water with no blender ball. I am looking forward to reviewing more Top Secret products, and samples should be available in the SmackDown Rewards Store soon.
I found a 5 pound, 65 serving tub of this protein powder for sale on bodybuilding.com for $50. This seems like a reasonable price, and I can see myself using this product in the future.
