I decided to try another recipe from Infinite Kitchen facebook page. This one is for a Tuna Burger. Now let me tell you, this tuna burger was awesome. The ingredients are pretty simple. I don't typically use mustard or dijon mustard, but I think that is the ingredient that pulled it all together. Great recipe here with great taste and easy to make.
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to incorporate. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Scoop out 1/3 C portions of tuna mixture and form into patties. Spray skillet with non-stick spray and cook on each side until brown.
Yield: 10 Burgers (57 cal, 1g fat, 4g carbs, 7g protein per burger) ***Note- I made my burgers into 3 larger burgers. So mine contained roughly 190 cal, 3.3g fat, 13 carbs, and 23 grams protein***
