This is basically a pretty solid Whey protein. The cookies and cream flavor was great, and I enjoy mixing it simply with water, or using it in my protein oatmeal.
Another nice feature of the product is that it lists the typical amino acid profile right on the label. Some people may be more concerned about this than others, but if you want it, its on the label for you.
