I recently recieved a sample of Twin Lab Power Fuel Pre Workout Supplement from Bodybuilding.com. The flavor was blue raspberry. This Twin Lab Power Fuel Pre Workout Supplement Review will focus on taste, mixability and how it made me feel during my workout. First of all, the taste was pretty good. It reminded me of Blue Raspberry N.O. Xplode. It mixed pretty well with only a few small granules at the bottom of the cup - so not bad. As far as performance, it was OK for me. It provided a decent boost of energy and an ok pump. Definitely have had better pre-workout supplements. As far as a recommendation, If you're in the market for a new pre-workout supplement, purchase a trial size to see how it affects your body. Taste and mixability were fine, but I've had better results from other pre-workouts.
