i have been taking 1/4 serving of one tablet. usually with .5 to 5 grams of GNC creatine monohydrate as a regular stack and it feel great.Im really intune and deffinately feeling and aware with every serving so far.im a little over a week in and interested to hear how others felt about the product whether consumed or not.BEAFCAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
