This is a review of the Dr.s Carbrite Diet Protein Bar from Universal Nutrition. The bar I am reviewing is chocolate brownie flavor. The nutrition facts on this bar are pretty stellar. It contains 190 calories, 3.5g fat, 21g protein and only 3g net carbs and they are sugar free. Nutrition Facts are rock solid, but the taste was awful. I am not a very big fan of chocolate flavor in general, so maybe my opinion is slightly skewed, however, there are some chocolate protein bars that I DO like, but this is not one of them. The Carbrite Diet bars do come in a variety of other flavors. Because I really like what they are doing with the contents of the bar, I might try a different flavor of these bars.
