This preworkout supplement contains many of the most common ingredients found in pre workout supps. It has your BCAAs, creatine, caffeine, arginine matrix, L-citrulline, beta alanine- a pretty decent list of ingredients (although I am not even sure how much of each, it must be some secret amount because I couldn't find anything on the label). However it failed to meet expectations. I tried one scoop, two scoops, eliminating all other caffeine from my diet, and I still did not notice any energy boost, or extra pump during my workouts.
Along with the lack of performance of this product for me, the taste was dreadful. I had the grape ape flavor, and it resembled grape cough medicine. I would definitely not buy this product again. I do have another Universal post-workout supplement that I am going to try, so hopefully they can redeem themselves.
The only good thing this supplement has going for it is the price. Looks like you can get a 42 serving tub from bodybuilding.com for about $30. That's a decent deal. Unless you are curious, and NEED to try for yourself, I would suggest finding a different pre workout drink.
