We all have a tendency to crave sweets every now and then. Its just a normal, natural thing. The ones who are going to see results, are the ones who do not give in to those cravings, and stick to their gameplan. This is a healthy vanilla protein cake with protein frosting recipe that will hopefully help you to satisfy those sweet cravings with a healthy option, and stay on track with your diet. This recipe makes 9 servings. Each serving/piece of cake with frosting: 125 calories, 1.5g fat, 3g sugar 11g protein as compared to a normal box cake from Pillsbury: 250 calories, 3.5g fat, 23g sugar, 1g protein.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl and mix well. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl, and mix thoroughly Pour batter into 8×8 baking dish, bake for 15-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Protein Frosting Ingredients:
Simply add water to dry ingredients 1 tbsp at a time until desired frosting consistency is reached, then add vanilla.
