It would be so great if the video camera was closer to what you are recording. Of the videos that I've watched, it's almost impossible to see technique, or on the cooking ones, it's just too far away to enjoy the experience. The sound quality would also improve if it was closer.
When recording a product review, try having a fact card handy, to avoid any label reading during the video. Make some key points, state the facts and then your opinion. I truly believe that if your videos were shorter, and faster paced, more people would be apt to watch and especially share. As they are right now, I don't share them, because honestly, they put me to sleep.
You two have the amazing potential to put out quality videos that are engaging and informative. Best of luck...and, this is just my opinion :)
