I recently added a couple samples to my bodybuilding.com order. They were a pre and post workout supplement from VPX. This review is for the post workout supplement SyntheSize.

VPX SyntheSize is a little different than the post workout supplements I am used to. It is not filled with the excessive carbohydrates in order to stimulate the insulin production. Instead, VPX claims that their MHF-1 Matrix is capable of stimulating insulin production. It is a rather interesting concept. Also the 17 grams of protein may seem a little low, however when stacked with their product N.O. Shotgun for pre-workout, which contains an additional 18 grams of protein (which is what I did) you get a total of 35 grams of protein, which should be sufficient. The flavor and the mixability of SyntheSize were awesome. I had Grape Bubblegum flavor and I could definitely taste the bubble gum with a hint of grape. It was really good. It also mixed up very well. It was free of clumps, however it did get a little foamy. VPX I like the idea behind the N.O. SyntheSize, and would be interested in trying it a few more times, and potentially this supplement could become "Full Tub Worthy."
