This is my review of VPX Protein Rush. The flavor in this review is Chocolate Dream
To me, this product is a meal replacement type product. It contains 7 different types of protein and is designed to help keep you full over the course of several hours. In their description online, VPX recommends using this product immediately after training. I do not have a problem with this, as it contains a whopping 28 grams of protein. Another nice thing about this product is that it does not contain any sugar. It has only 8 grams of carbs, 4 of which are from fiber, and a mere 4 grams of fat. At only 180 calories, it might be pushing it for me to call it a meal replacement drink, but either way, it is packed with a ton of protein and would do the trick for a post-workout drink or a protein packed snack throughout the day.
The flavor of the chocolate dream was pretty decent as well. It tasted like a typical chocolate protein drink. I did not notice anything out of the ordinary as far as flavor goes. I would not hesitate to try this product again, and with its convenience, it would be a great product to throw in your gym bag, or take with to work.
