I recently tried a new protein bar from VPX called a Life Lift Bar. On the outside this looks like quite a rival to Quest bars as Life Lift bars are all natural, gluten free and high in fiber, however that's about where it ends. The Cinnamon Buns Ablaze bar was quite awful. Upon opening it, it looked like a malformed piece of carmel (kind of like the old-school power bars). Aside from the looks of it, it was very soft, bendy, chewy and tasted nasty. I could get a hint of cinnamon, but the rest was just all wrong. I REALLY wanted to like this bar. the packaging was cool and the cinnamon rolls on the front fooled me into thinking it would taste better. My recommendation would be to not buy a full box of these and stick to Quest bars.
