Are you talking whole foods or supplements Gabe?

Well, if you think whole foods are a better source, then what foods? If you think supplements are better, then what supplement?

whole foods are always better.

My parents raise there own beef and pork that I help butcher so my meats are covered. Plus I hunt and fish a lot so I eat wild game. I have 3 deer processed and make my own jerky.

Natural sources of protein can be whole protein sources such as poultry, dairy, lean meats, and nuts. Incomplete protein sources are ok if your vegan or trying cut back, such incomplete sources include tofu, nuts, almond + peanut butters, whey, and most vegetables.

sometimes whole foods can't cut it in giving you the protein you need on a daily. that's where protein supplements have the edge. that doesn't mean you should base your protein intake just off of supplements.

My usual protein sources are chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, almonds, Combat powder, eggs, peanut butter, milk, MP Casein and an occasional Clif Builder's bar. Don't know what I'd do without my casein shake before bed, especially since it's chocolate :)

there is no Best one source use a combination of whole foods and supplements to maximize your bodys potential.

Chicken and fish.

chicken and tuna and protein powder.. eggs

chicken and the cheapest protein you can find! but remember nothing works unless you do!

I love boiled eggs. they always hit the spot.

Sometimes lightly scrambled eggs with a light mayo are nice, too :)

CHICKEN AND PASTA TUNA.

Besides whole foods I would say a whey protein supplement.
