This is a recipe for White Turkey Chili. My wife got the original recipe from one of her co-workers, and with a couple modifications, it can be pretty dang healthy. I always like making a batch of chili or chowder on Sundays to eat during football! This whole recipe contains 1900 calories, 23g fat, and 260g protein! I am assuming it will make about 8 servings which would put us at about 240 calories, 3g fat, and 32 g of protein per serving!!! Combine all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on high for 2 hours then reduce heat to low or keep warm depending on how hot your crockpot gets (they are all different)
