I recently tried out "The Best Ab Workout Ever" Level I as published by Men's Health Magazine. This was definitely a workout for beginners, however I could feel my abs working on the knee-ins. Like the Level III workout, it does not contain traditional crunches which was pretty nice as I was able to work my abs and core with some new moves. I feel this routine would be great for someone looking to build their core (who has a pretty weak core to start). I would recommend this workout to someone looking to strengthen their abs/core who is a true beginner with little core strength. If you're advanced and already have a strong core and six pack abs, I would try the Level III version, and even circuit it. To get the PDF and more info on this workout, visit Men's Health.
