This is a pretty simple recipe I got from one of my facebook friends. I only needed to make a couple slight modifications, and it turned out pretty healthy. The preparation is pretty simple, you just throw everything in the crockpot for 4-5 hours. (however, if you're like me, and get a late start, you might need to brown the chicken first and then cook for 2-3 hours.) Divided into 4 servings, each serving will contain approximately 600-700 calories, 7g fat, and 45-50 grams of protein.

Place everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. If sauce is too thick add a little milk. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
