He has so much passion in coaching and helping the Weber high program to grow. He took a team that had lost 24 straight games in a row and has made a winning team again. He raised enough money to build a huge weight room because he knew that the training part was missing. He makes what seems impossible, possible because he has passion and wants to help others reach their potential. And likes to prove to others it can be done.
